Service Policy

Salon Etiquette  
New Clients: communication with stylist is advised before appointment. 
Feel free to call 909-238-9806 or email jwsalonstyles@ymail.com if there are any questions concerning salon policies.
Please cancel appointments 24 hrs before scheduled appointment to avoid a fee of 50% due in full the day of cancelation. This includes not being able to wait. No show no call will be 100% of the service due the day of the no show no call. Last minute cancelations (less than 24 hrs) for services booked on a holiday week or holiday weekend are subject to a fee of 100% of scheduled appointment due in full the day of cancelation.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and have a seat in the waiting area until called. It is asked that clients contact stylist if running late in case the appointment has to be rescheduled.
Clients are asked not to bring children or guests to their appointment; In consideration of our stylists and the comfort of our clients, only customers that are being served will be allowed in the salon work area or suite.
If a service is downgraded the day of the appointment, the cost of the original service that was scheduled is required.
