Cancellation Policy

At JW Salon Styles, services are delivered through structured service tiers designed to provide consistency, quality, and an elevated client experience. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Appointments, Tiers & Payments: All services are booked within designated service tiers. Tier pricing reflects time, expertise, and customized care. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All sales are final. No refunds are issued. Service Adjustments & Credits: If there is a concern regarding a service outcome, the stylist must be notified within seven (7) days of the appointment. Approved concerns will be addressed through a service credit, not a refund. Credits must be used within a timeframe determined by the salon and are non-transferable. Issues reported after seven (7) days are considered outside the service guarantee window. Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50, or the deposit/payment may be forfeited. No-shows are subject to full service charges and may affect future booking eligibility. Punctuality & Late Policy: Timeliness is essential to maintaining the integrity of scheduled service tiers. A late fee of $25 will be applied beginning with the second late arrival. The first late arrival will be waived as a courtesy. Clients are asked to notify the stylist by phone or message if running late. Three consecutive late arrivals indicate a pattern of chronic time management issues. Clients demonstrating repeated lateness or schedule disruption may be referred to another service provider better suited to their availability. Salon Environment & Etiquette: To preserve a calm, professional, and focused atmosphere: Children are not permitted in the salon unless they are the scheduled client. At this time, services are provided exclusively to adults, as the salon’s service structure requires consistent time, commitment, and cooperation that cannot be guaranteed with minor clients. No guests are allowed during appointments. No food is permitted in the salon. Phones must be placed on silent. Phone calls and extended device use during services are discouraged. Clients are asked to respect the stylist’s time, space, and professional environment.
