No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including missed attendance or technical issues on the participant’s end.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Hair Care Services – Terms & Conditions
All hair care services are final sale. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the salon’s full service policies.
Any concerns related to a completed service must be reported within seven (7) days of the appointment. Approved service concerns may result in a salon credit, issued at the stylist’s discretion. Salon credits must be used within a timeframe determined by the stylist, typically between 72 hours and seven (7) days, depending on availability and the nature of the concern.
No refunds will be issued. Salon credits hold no cash value and are non-transferable.
